      Hi Robmoore,

      Well I have dissected salmon, trout, cod and carp in my current job. Previously I dissected some small sharks, but the most interesting thing Ive ever dissected is an octopus! They have the most amazing ‘beak’, which is like a parrot, and its really hard – just pops right out of the mouth when you squeeze it 🙂
