      Hi soobeen

Your height is mainly determined by the genes you get from your parents. Nutrition plays a small part in making you grow taller. If you eat a healthy diet and get lots of exercise your bones will grow strong.
Cows milk is perfect for baby calves but humans don’t need it.

Good nutrition is what gets you to your full genetic potential (you can’t grow any taller than your genes allow). Calcium is one of the things that is needed for good bone growth and cows milk supplies this, but if you don’t drink milk you can still get Calcium from lots of different sources
