      Great question,

      Lots of possibilities (apart from next week’s lottery numbers) but I think what I’d really like to find out is how to solve the ‘yield gap’. This is the difference between the maximum production that plant breeders tell us a plant can produce and what is actually produced on farms. Generally we only manage to produce to about 70% of a plant’s potential. That’s a lot of potential improvement.

      They say we only use 10% of our brain’s power, so I would like to find out how to access the other 90%.
